Blueberry lovelies

Well, my gorgeous lovely cousin Helen is visiting tomorrow, and as per my promise, I have baked some gorgeous lovely cupcakes as a fitting welcome present.
These are some vanilla blueberry cupcakes I've just made. I love how when they're cooked, the blueberries double in size and and become all juicy, it helps make the sponge a lot softer with a wonderful gooey texture. The blueberries on top were simply coated in some caster sugar (I'd normally use some vanilla sugar for this but had ran out!)
These were also tres easy to make!
